This year, Wilesco presents the reissued D12. The smallest twin cylinder steam engine which has two oscillating cylinders. The Steam engines fan's nickname for the machine is "the wild thirteen". This powerful machine has a brass boiler and two brass oscillating cylinders. The distributor block in the middle distributes the steam between the two cylinders. The block assembly also serves as a central point for oil distribution. The black base plate and the red boiler house create a classy overall impression. New for this size of machine, is the steam control, which is managed by a steam valve. This allows any connected driven models to be regulated to the desired speed.
